I won an auction on ebay...

...and it was the best win ever! We were highly successful!

Ever since we visited a friend's house, we have been absolutely in love with GeoTrax. Nick's obsession with trains and the Fisher Price name made it an obvious choice for us. I did an ebay search for auctions located close to home and found one 20 miles away. There were no pictures on the auction and there were no bids with 2 days left to go. I was highly intrigued! After sending a message to the person and making sure I could save on shipping and pick the stuff up myself, I kept my eye on it and the night before it closed, pictures went up. Most people must have given up on getting pictures by that point and I took advantage of that. I got the auction for several trains, some track and a bunch of buildings for far more than I thought I should for that amount of money. On top of all of that, they were offering a couple train whistles and a train puzzle in for the same price.

We agreed that I'd meet the seller at their house on Thursday morning and the kids and I hauled over there. When we got there, we picked up the geotrax that I had paid for and as I was leaving, the seller asked who I was buying the stuff for (Nick) and what size he was. For no additional money, she gave us a pair of Thomas overalls that fit him and some Thomas underwear that he could wear some day if he ever potty trains. How exciting!!!!

Here's our train setup!
Here's a Thomas push toy. Anybody want it? The kids love playing with it, but really it's a baby toy and after a couple days, they're going to be tired of it too!
We also got this mat for free! It's fantastic!!!
It closes up and makes a great storage area!!

We also got these remote trains. Not only do they require batteries, but they make noise and go on their own. Nick would much rather push them himself. I'm thinking about selling these...Train puzzle that I think Megan will loveWe got two of these train whistles. It sure is nice to have to not fight over them!
As is obvious, they love the trains and I'm quite sure that they're going to give hours of entertainment.
