Nick’s non-dairy lunch

This being lactose free isn’t going to be nearly as difficult as I was afraid it would be. Nick just had a big lunch –cottage cheese and grilled cheese sandwich. The cottage cheese was the stuff I referred to in this post and today I picked up some Veggie Slices (lactose free) made by Galaxy Foods. Because he can’t talk to me to tell me how it was,I tasted a little bit of his grilled cheese and I was impressed! It wasn’t bad! It tasted like real grilled cheese. Landa,it is soy based,though,so not much help for you.
